SHIPPING

When Will You Ship My Order?

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment notification containing comprehensive tracking information. To optimize cost-efficiency, we often ship directly from the manufacturer. Delivery times may vary based on your location and product origin. While most orders are delivered within 10 to 14 days, please note that depending on your location and the product's origin, it could take up to 30 business days to receive your order. Orders can only be canceled prior to processing and shipping. Once the shipment process has commenced, cancellations are not possible.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. Banderst cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer is liable for any additional shipping fees incurred for redirecting to the correct address.

International Shipments and Customs Taxes

For international shipments, import/customs taxes may apply. These taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Banderst will not be held accountable for customs taxes.

 

RETURNS

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of delivery, entitling you to a full refund. To initiate your return, kindly contact us by emailing support@banderst.com to obtain your Returns Authorization Number (RAN). Please note that unauthorized returns may result in delays in processing refunds.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we kindly request that you send us a photograph showing the damage, after which we will issue you a Returns Authorization Number.

Return Conditions

All returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria. Ensure that you include the provided RAN to facilitate a smooth refund process. Without the RAN, processing your refund may be challenging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the successful delivery of your return.
